Arabella Homes is a custom design home builder based in Denham Court, NSW, catering mainly to the Sydney metropolitan regions and outer suburbs.

We believe that every home we build can be designed to suite its block, fulfill the client’s needs and specifications on a budget they can afford.  

We have architects that can sit down with you and custom design your dream home or we can build to your own plans or choose from one of our existing designs.

Arabella Homes has vast experience in all types of residential construction from traditional to modern building techniques and are able to achieve any outcome.

When you deal with Arabella Homes you will be dealing directly with the builder and proprietors, not a sales person in a display home.

 Arabella Homes has been a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) since 2000 and are a certified “HIA Greensmart Professional”, you can be rest assured we are always striving to build the better house through continuing professional development as provided by the recognized housing bodies.

David Musil - Partner, Lic. Builder, Construction Manager

David started working in the building trade at an early age labouring for his father’s bricklaying company.  Discovering he had an aptitude for the trade he picked it up with ease and with his father formed a Bricklaying partnership. 

For the next 15 years David and his father went on to establish a good name for themselves among builders.  During this time David also completed a Diploma in Civil Engineering and then went on to receive his builder’s license.

With over 30 years building experience both in residential and commercial construction, David has become very proficient in most trades as well as gaining vast experience in project management and supervisory roles for other building companies, as well as establishing Peppertree Homes which went on to become Arabella Homes with his wife Lisa.

Lisa Smith - Partner, Lic.  Builder, Design & Finishes

Lisa works closely with David on every home from the planning stage through to completion of construction.  Lisa also works closely with clients helping them every step of the way from the initial planning stage, through to the selection of colour & finishes.  She has a passion for houses and believes they are not only a place to call home but something of great value that can be beautiful, stylish and portray the personality of the owner.

Arabella Homes entered one of their homes for the first time in the HIA Housing awards and won the NSW Spec Home of the Year for 2011.  They were also finalists in the 2011 HIA NSW Home of the Year.

Our in-house interior design consultant can help bring out the inspiration in you and create a house you’ll love to call home.  We can help guide you through colour and tile selections to kitchen and bathroom design to make the whole process as stress free as possible.
